As we returned from Steall to Lower Glen Nevis the light continued to change dramatically, and the angle of the sunlight combining with the vibrant greens of high summer contrasted pleasingly with the darker areas of shade and enormous blocky boulders which are strewn throughout the glen; relics of the last glacial age. For this shot I simply aimed across the glen, cut out all the sky and concentrated on getting the colours and light correct. I really like this one.
